Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage and update company databases and systems
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Process invoices, bills, and basic accounting tasks
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Monitor emails and respond to internal queries
- Assist in inventory and stock management (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
