Job Description
The Back Office is a vital part of our real estate company, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The back office team provides complete administrative and operational support to the sales and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and verifying client documents
Managing booking, agreement, and registration records
Handling client enquiries, calls, and follow-ups
Maintaining payment details, receipts, and basic accounts
Coordinating with the sales team and scheduling site visits
Data entry and preparation of daily and monthly reports
The back office team helps maintain transparency, accuracy, and timely communication with clients. This department plays an important role in keeping the company organized, reliable, and efficient.
