Key ResponsibilitiesPantry & Office Support

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry area, utensils, and office premises
• Refill pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, cups, and snacks

Back Office Support

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling
• Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Handle inward and outward documents, courier coordination

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use
• Dispose of office waste properly
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to admin/HR

General Duties

• Support during meetings and office events
• Follow office hygiene and safety standards
• Perform other tasks assigned by admin or management
• Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum education:12 th pass. preferred from navi mumbai location.
• Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene
• Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly
• Polite, honest, and cooperative attitude
