Position: Backend Process Executive

Department: Banking Operations / Back Office

Shift Timing: 3PM to 11PM

Male Candidate Are Preferred For Night Shift.

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Process Executive to support day-to-day banking operations. The role involves handling data processing, verifying customer documents, updating records in banking systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Process and update customer information in the banking system.

• Verify KYC documents, loan applications, and account-related paperwork.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain error-free records.
• Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for approvals and clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines.
• Track and manage pending files to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Support audits by maintaining organized documentation.
• Handle backend support tasks such as scanning, indexing, and record management.

• Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Basic understanding of banking processes (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Qualifications Minimum: Graduate

• Freshers or candidates with experience in backend operations/data entry are welcome.

• Work Environment Office-based role (backend/non-customer-facing).

• Rotational or fixed shifts depending on process requirements.
