Job Title: Credit Processing Associate – Back-End

Department: Banking Operations / Credit Operations

Location: Vashi, Maharashtra

Role Overview

Looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage back-end loan processing tasks, including document verification, data entry, application validation, and coordination with internal credit teams to ensure smooth and compliant loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Home/Personal/Business/Auto Loan applications in back-end systems.
• Enter customer details, KYC, and financial data accurately into bank systems.
• Verify KYC, income documents, and credit reports (CIBIL).
• Ensure all documents meet RBI and bank policy requirements.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Sales teams for missing documents and clarifications.
• Upload and maintain documents in DMS/CRM; update loan status through all stages.
• Prepare complete loan files for underwriting and disbursement.
• Maintain daily trackers, MIS reports, and support audits with required logs.
• Required Skills Knowledge of banking operations, loan workflows, and credit processing.
• Understanding of KYC norms, CIBIL, and financial documents (preferred).
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy; fast typing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (V LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS).
• Good communication and ability to work under timelines.

Qualifications: Graduation / Any Stream

• 1–3 years’ experience in back-end banking operations/DSA/credit processing.
• Preferred Attributes: High attention to detail, strong follow-up, process-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
