Job Title: Credit Processing Executive

Job Summary:

The Credit Processing Executive is responsible for verifying customer documents, assessing creditworthiness, coordinating with internal teams and financial institutions, and ensuring timely processing of credit applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect, verify, and process customer credit/loan applications
• Perform KYC, income, and document verification as per guidelines
• Analyze customer financial data to assess credit eligibility
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth processing
• Maintain accurate records and update loan processing systems
• Follow up with customers for pending or additional documents
• Ensure compliance with RBI, bank, and internal credit policies
• Support credit approval, disbursal, and post-disbursal activities
• Handle customer queries related to loan status and documentation
• Required Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of credit processing and loan documentation
• Understanding of KYC, income assessment, and credit checks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and internal banking systems
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in credit processing or banking operations
