Duties & Responsibilities

Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP

Following the defined steps of guest service

Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store

Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store

Managing product hygiene and expiry

Managing store visual merchandising

Having basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine

Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working

Handling the basic level product-related complaints as the per process

Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records

Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations

Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
