• Manage daily appointments and customer flow.
• Ensure all services are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
• Handle billing, payments, and daily sales records.
• 2. Customer ExperienceWelcome customers and ensure they feel comfortable.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure high service quality for hair, skin, nail, and beauty treatments.
• Encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• 3. Staff ManagementSupervise beauticians and support staff.
• Assign services to the right staff member.
• Monitor staff punctuality and discipline.
• Help train staff to maintain service standards.
• 4. Hygiene & Salon StandardsEnsure strict hygiene and sterilization of tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Check that products used are safe and authentic.
• 5. Inventory ManagementTrack salon products like creams, hair color, and skincare items.
• Ensure supplies are always available.
• Inform the owner when stock needs to be reordered.
• 6. Sales & GrowthPromote salon packages and offers to customers.
• Help increase revenue through upselling services.
• Support marketing efforts like Google reviews, Instagram posts, and customer referrals.
