Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Banking (On-Roll)

Job Description:

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking-related queries professionally. Provide accurate information on bank products and services while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and resolve customer queries over calls
• Provide support on banking products, services, and transactions
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Follow bank processes and compliance guidelines

Eligibility & Skills:

• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of multiple languages (linguistic proficiency required)
• Basic understanding of banking/customer service preferred
