Job Description
- Working on ERP(LOZICS - ERP)
1 –Step : Segregate the bills – Daily payments, Weekly payment, Monthly Payment.
2 – Step : Check the stamped POD and Bills received from the LR team .
3 –Step : Check the rates, location, dates .
4 – Step : Check if any information is missing get this resolved from LR team.
5 –Step -Create bill on software system (Check rates, date,location)
6 – Step -Recheck the bills before getting approved and signed by Sir (Nitin Mali).
7 - Step - For emailing the bills – DSC (Digital signature attached )& for courier Manual signature required.
8-Step :Submission on software for online bills. – Email soft copy to Party.
9 –Step: Signed Bills – If courier keep the scan copy and prepare the courier to dispatch)
- 10-Step: Email follow up from parties for payments recovery .Send reminder emails.
