BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, promote products or services, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales and promotions.

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.

Explain products/services clearly and persuade customers.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and call quality standards.

Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.

Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
