Job Description:
We are hiring for the Cross Sell process with IDFC First Bank. The role involves reaching out to existing customers, promoting banking products, and ensuring high-quality service and conversions.
Requirements:
- HSC or Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates allowed)
- Good communication skills (V3/V4 level)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
- Freshers: 15,000 in hand
- Experienced: Up to 25,000 CTC
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday fixed off
