Job DescriptionDigitide Solutions is hiring motivated candidates for Customer Service, Sales, and Collections roles in the BPO industry. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls and delivering quality service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
• Promote products/services and close sales (for sales role)
• Follow up with customers for payment collections
• Maintain accurate customer data and call records
• Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
• Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Comfortable working in a BPO environment
