Brand Manager – Strategic Marketing & Partnerships

(Luxury Real Estate & Lifestyle Developments)

Role Objective


To build, position, and elevate Ascenta as a premium, credible, future-focused real estate brand by driving high-impact brand tie-ups, strategic marketing initiatives, and consistent brand storytelling, aligned with luxury, trust, and long-term value creation.


This role requires strong market intelligence, brand sensibility, and the ability to think beyond conventional real estate marketing.



Key Responsibilities


1. Brand Positioning & Image Building

• Define and continuously refine Ascenta’s brand positioning across all touchpoints.

• Ensure consistency in tone, design, messaging, and perception across:

• On-ground branding

• Digital platforms

• Sales collateral

• Investor & partner communication

• Build Ascenta as a long-term, credible developer brand, not just a project-led entity.



2. Brand Tie-Ups & Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, negotiate, and execute high-value brand collaborations, including:

• Luxury & lifestyle brands

• Hospitality, wellness, and design brands

• Financial institutions, HNI networks, family offices

• Sports, art, architecture, and cultural platforms

• Structure win-win partnerships that enhance brand prestige and customer trust.

• Conceptualise co-branded events, experiences, and campaigns.



3. Next-Level Marketing Strategy

• Design innovative marketing campaigns beyond traditional real estate promotions.

• Create story-driven narratives around:

• Location awareness

• Long-term capital appreciation

• Rental yield & ROI (where applicable)

• Lifestyle & legacy value

• Drive integrated marketing plans combining:

• Digital & social media

• Offline activations

• PR & media outreach

• Influencer & thought-leader collaborations



4. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insight

• Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury & premium real estate market.

• Track:

• Competing brands & developers

• Pricing narratives

• Consumer psychology & buying triggers

• Translate insights into smarter positioning and sharper campaigns.



5. Agency & Vendor Management

• Lead and coordinate with:

• Creative agencies

• Digital marketing partners

• PR & media agencies

• Branding & design consultants

• Ensure agencies deliver strategic output, not just execution.

• Control brand budgets with a focus on ROI and brand equity.



6. Sales & Leadership Alignment

• Work closely with:

• Founders / Directors

• Sales teams

• Project consultants

• Align branding and marketing efforts with sales objectives without diluting brand value.

• Support sales with premium, trust-driven narratives and tools.



Desired Profile


Experience

• 8–12+ years in:

• Brand management

• Strategic marketing

• Luxury / real estate / lifestyle / hospitality sectors preferred

• Proven experience in brand tie-ups, partnerships, and high-end positioning.
