Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the Home Automation / Smart Home / Electrical / AV Solutions industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, understanding of client needs, and the ability to generate and close leads.

Key Responsibilities:

> Identify and generate new business opportunities in the home automation segment

> Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and direct clients

> Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations

> Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

> Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

> Coordinate with the technical team for project execution

> Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

> Minimum 1–3 years of experience in home automation / electrical / AV / smart home solutions

> Strong communication and negotiation skills

> Good network with architects, builders, or interior designers is a plus

> Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

> Basic technical understanding of automation systems preferred
