Job Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for acquiring new shipping and crewing business while supporting end-to-end crewing operations.
The role involves client acquisition, relationship management with ship owners/managers, and coordination with the crewing team to ensure timely vessel manning and crew compliance.
