Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate.
- Schedule interview of potential candidates.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and business development activities.
