Job Description – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and well-presented Sales Executive with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. The candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and capable of handling client interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, social media, and direct outreach
• Communicate with potential clients and explain services clearly
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain customer relationships
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM
• Coordinate with marketing and operations team
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills

• Fluent in spoken English and Hindi
• Strong command over professional communication
• Confident personality with professional appearance
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM preferred)
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
