Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will understand IT solutions, market trends, and client needs, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Pitch IT services/solutions (software development, digital marketing, ERP, cloud, etc.) to potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-ups
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Participate in client meetings, conferences, and business events
