We're looking for a driven Executive to lead business development efforts for our HR consultancy services. You'll identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive growth for our HR solutions portfolio.


*Key Responsibilities:*


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR consultancy space

• Client Acquisition: Generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking to identify new business opportunities.

• Service Pitching: Presenting HR services—such as recruitment, contract staffing, and executive search—tailored to client needs.

• Sales Cycle Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiating contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with HR Heads and TA leaders to ensure repeat business.

• Market Analysis: Identifying emerging industries and opportunities for HR service expansion. 

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our HR services client base

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR challenges and showcasing our expertise

• Collaborate with HR consultants to develop tailored solutions for clients

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities


*Essential attributes:*


•Gender: *has to be a female*

•Age: upto 35 yrs. 

*•Willing to travel across Delhi/NCR and Nation wide*

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales or HR services.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.

• Background: Experience in recruitment, Staffing, RPO, or HR consulting firms is preferred.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and industry trends

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
