Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
  1. Payment Collection:
  • Establish payment collection processes and policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and track customer payment schedules and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide regular updates on payment collection status to management, highlighting any potential risks or challenges.
  • Implement strategies to minimize overdue payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their concerns or issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  1. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate accurate sales reports, payment collection reports, and financial analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and payment collection, taking proactive measures to achieve targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on sales and payment data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and payment collection, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, business development strategies, and payment collection procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and ensuring payment collection.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales and payment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and financial reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and payment collection, with a demonstrated ability to manage both functions effectively.
