Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Payment Collection:
- Establish payment collection processes and policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Monitor and track customer payment schedules and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies.
- Provide regular updates on payment collection status to management, highlighting any potential risks or challenges.
- Implement strategies to minimize overdue payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate accurate sales reports, payment collection reports, and financial analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and payment collection, taking proactive measures to achieve targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on sales and payment data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and payment collection, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, business development strategies, and payment collection procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and ensuring payment collection.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales and payment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and financial reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and payment collection, with a demonstrated ability to manage both functions effectively.
