Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The role involves prospecting, taking meetings with potential clients or partners, understanding their needs, and converting conversations into opportunities.

 Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

* Identify and research potential clients, partners, and markets

* Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers

Client Meetings & Presentations

* Take introductory and discovery meetings with prospects

* Understand client requirements, challenges, and business goals

* Present company offerings clearly and confidently

* Conduct follow-up and negotiation meetings as needed

Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

* Act as the main point of contact during early-stage discussions

* Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

Follow-ups & Coordination

* Send meeting summaries and follow-up emails

* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, operations)

* Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to sales or delivery teams

Reporting & Documentation

* Track meetings, conversions, and deal progress

* Provide regular reports to management on BD activities
