Company: Conexus Network Solution
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Shift: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
🔹 Experience & Salary
Experience: 1+ year in Sales
(Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives (Based on Interview)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Pitch company products/services effectively
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
🔹 Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle objections confidently
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Time management and organizational skills
