Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented professional to manage Tenders & Government Sales. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, handling complete tender processes, and generating business from government and institutional clients.

*Key Responsibilities

Search, monitor, and analyze government tender opportunities.

Handle complete tender lifecycle from enquiry to submission and order closure.

Prepare technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.

Manage GeM portal and e-tendering platforms.

Coordinate with government departments and procurement authorities.

Ensure timely submission of EMD, bids, and required documents.

Maintain tender records, reports, and follow-up status.

Develop strong relationships with government clients.

Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

*Required Skills

Knowledge of Government Tendering & GeM Portal

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent documentation and compliance handling

Proficiency in MS Office & online tender portals

*Qualification

Graduate in Commerce / Business / Marketing or related field

MBA preferred

*Experience

2–5 years experience in Tenders & Government Sales (B2G)
