Call Center Executive

Job Title: Truck Placement Officer

Location: Mumbai - Vashi

Experience: Both Freshers and Exp can apply

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for placement of commercial trucks for goods movement as per company/ client requirements.
• Negotiate freight rates with truck owners to achieve cost-effective pricing.
• Identify and engage with truck owners, and transporters to ensure timely truck availability.
• Strong network of truck owners and transport brokers.
• Maintain strong relationships with transporters and ensure smooth operations.
• Track truck movement and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues related to trucks and drivers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of truck routes, freight charges, and market trends.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet placement deadlines.
