Job Description:

We are hiring Telesales Executives / Telecallers for a BPO lead generation process. This is a performance-driven, target-based role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Pitch products or services as per company offerings
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer database
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales / BPO preferred
• Good communication skills in [insert language preferences, e.g., English and Hindi]
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus
