Job title- Call Centre BPO Executive

Job Details:

Salary & Incentives:

• Level 1: ₹22,000–₹28,000 for 0–2 years of BPO experience
• Level 2: ₹23,000–₹28,000 for 3–6 years of BPO experience
• Additional Allowances: ₹2,750 monthly incentives + ₹1,750 travel allowance
• Overtime: ₹0–₹10,000
• Quarterly & Performance-Based Incentives: ₹0–₹18,000

Eligibility:

• Graduate freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

Interview Process:

• Final round to be conducted by the TA Manager
• Candidates must have relevant documents from their most recent company: offer letter, last 3 months’ salary slips, and relieving letter (required for operations round)

Contract & Shifts:

• 6-month contract (performance-based conversion to full-time possible)
• US shifts; candidates should be open to rotational shifts
