Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

Generate leads and follow up on existing prospects

Maintain a database of customer interactions

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Provide accurate information about products/services

Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements Summary
