📢 Position: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process

📍 Location: Unit No - 919, 9 Th Floor, Rupa Solitaire, A1 - Wing,
Millenium Business Park, Mahape, Navi Mumbai- 400710
🕐 Shift: Rotational Shifts 24/7
📆 Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Offs
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication and quick resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or technical support.
Adhere to process guidelines and achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
Graduate mandatory (No undergraduates).
Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in chat process required.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
