Chat Process Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Chat Support Executive. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 year of experience who are eager to build a career in customer service.

Job Title: Chat Support Executive

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Fresher to 2 Year

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or support portal
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Provide product/service information to customers
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream)
• Fresher or up to 2 year of experience in customer service / BPO preferred
