Chat Process Executive

Role: Customer Support Executive – ETLI IB (Email, Chat & Inbound Process)

Location: Ghansoli/Mahape

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 (in-hand)

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive for the ETLI IB process. The role includes handling inbound calls, emails, and chat support for customer queries. Freshers or candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply. Strong English communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex queries

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in any field
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work from the office in Ghansoli/Mahape
