Job Title: Chat Support Executive

Salary: Up to ₹31,000/month
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Chat/Voice/Email Support)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat in a professional manner.
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain records and follow SOPs.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of customer support experience in chat process.
- Excellent written English & typing speed (30+ WPM).
- Good problem-solving & multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
