Job Description
Job Title: Amazon Chat Support Executive (US Process)
We are hiring Chat Support Executives for the Amazon E-commerce Chat Process. The role involves assisting customers through chat support, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through chat support
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related issues
• Provide quick and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain service quality and productivity targets
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum HSC / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Comfortable working in US shifts
Salary:
• Fresher: ₹18,000 per month
• Experience: Up to ₹22,000 per month
Travel Allowance:
• One Way: ₹1,750
• Two Way: ₹3,500
Shift Timing:
US Shift – 5:30 PM to 11:30 AM (9 hours shift)
