Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed kitchen SOPs (prep, service, hygiene, storage, receiving)
• Develop a standardised recipe book with measurements, yields & portioning
• Set systems that allow easy onboarding and training of new kitchen staff
• Improve consistency, speed, and cost control
• Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience (Sous Chef / Commis 1 / Central Kitchen / Pre-opening role)
• Strong background in Indian cuisine
• Proven experience in SOP creation & recipe documentation
• Organised, hands-on, and operations-focused
