Job Title: Chef / Cook

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–4 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef who can handle a diverse menu including Chinese cuisine, Continental dishes, fast food items, and beverages. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain consistent food quality and hygiene standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

∙ Prepare and cook Chinese dishes (Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Soups, etc.)

∙ Cook Continental items (Pasta, Grills, Sandwiches, Salads, etc.)

∙ Make fast food including Burgers, French Fries, Wraps, and Snacks

∙ Prepare Cocktails, Mocktails, Milkshakes, and other beverages

∙ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards

∙ Manage mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepped before service

∙ Monitor food stock and communicate requirements to management

∙ Work with the team to ensure timely order delivery

Requirements

∙ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook (multi-cuisine preferred)

∙ Knowledge of Chinese, Continental, and Fast Food cooking

∙ Ability to prepare beverages — cocktails, mocktails & milkshakes

∙ Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety

∙ Ability to work under pressure during peak hours

∙ Team player with good communication skills

∙ Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays)

🎓 Education

∙ Minimum: 12th Pass

∙ Preferred: Hotel Management Diploma / Culinary Arts Certificate (not mandatory)

🌟 Preferred Skills (Bonus)

∙ Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or cloud kitchen

∙ Ability to suggest/create new menu items

∙ Knowledge of plating and presentation
