Job Description


  • Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, upma, pongal, and chutneys.
  • Plan and update the daily/weekly menu.
  • Maintain hygiene and quality standards in food preparation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely food service.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and place supply orders when required.



  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional recipes and presentation.
  • Ability to manage a team and maintain kitchen discipline.
  • FSSAI hygiene standards knowledge preferred.
