Job Description
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, upma, pongal, and chutneys.
- Plan and update the daily/weekly menu.
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards in food preparation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely food service.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and place supply orders when required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional recipes and presentation.
- Ability to manage a team and maintain kitchen discipline.
- FSSAI hygiene standards knowledge preferred.
