Civil Billing Engineer

Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for civil works

Measure quantities as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and approved drawings

Coordinate with site engineers for daily work progress and measurements

Maintain measurement books (MB) and billing records

Prepare Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) and cost summaries

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow planning

Support audits and documentation for payments and approvals

Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and billing software
