🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Use your site experience to provide the tech team with real-world construction logic and practical workflows.
• Define accurate construction stages, task dependencies, and quality control checklists.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to build BIM-compatible workflows and smart tools.
• Ensure all mapped processes align with real-world challenges and best practices in the construction industry.
• Conduct occasional site visits to validate assumptions, collect user feedback, and refine digital features.

✅ Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience at construction sites (residential or commercial projects).
• Strong understanding of BOQs, material planning, execution timelines, and contractor management.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain field processes to a non-technical team.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable with Excel, project management tools, or construction apps.
