Roles and Responsibilities: 

QS Engineer

1. Preparing BOQ’s – Civil, Finishing & Interior.

2. Preparation of Quantity Sheet as per Drawings.

3. Preparing Specifications to meet project requirement.

4. Should have knowledge in Rate Analysis.

5. Reporting & Coordinating with Management in related to assigned job.

6. Working on built up Area.

7. Performs duties and responsibilities as instructed by Project Manager.

8.  Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

9. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, billing practices, and cost control.

10. Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel & billing software.

11. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

13. Detail-oriented and highly organized

14. Ability to work effectively in a team.

BBS Engineer

1. Preparation & verifying the Bar Bending Schedule

2. Preparing BBS and Shop Drawings for the BBS.

3. Good experience and hand over AutoCAD

4. Good technical knowledge regarding all disciplines of drawings.

5. Calculating exact quantities of Concrete & Steel to eliminate wastage.

6. Checking Contractor’s Bill

7. Preparing Reconciliation Statement

8. Working out Reinforcements steel Quantities on the basis of Structural Drawings
