Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Voice Process

ICICI Lombard is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team! As a CRM, you'll be the voice of our organization, handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls

- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly

- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships

- Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

- Competitive salary: ₹16,000 - ₹30,000 in-hand (CTC ₹2.50 LPA - ₹4.1 LPA)

- Rotational shifts (9.5 hrs), 5 days a week
