About GharApna:GharApna is a growing startup revolutionizing the way working professionals find high-quality PG accommodations near their workplaces. We provide end-to-end services from property onboarding to client support, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and landlords alike.

Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented executive to manage incoming client leads, assist prospective tenants, and ensure smooth services for our existing tenants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sense of ownership, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle and convert incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and site visits.
  • Schedule and coordinate PG property visits for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current tenants.
  • Address tenant service issues and ensure timely resolution through internal coordination.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and bookings.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure high service quality and tenant satisfaction.
  • Regular follow-ups with prospects to close leads effectively.
  • 12 pass or degree preferred (any stream).
  • fresher or 1 years of experience in client service, sales, or hospitality (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for property visits.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets is a bonus.
