Position Overview:We are looking for a Closing Manager who can take qualified leads and turn them into successful deals. This role involves client interaction, relationship building, sales follow-up, and finalizing transactions for residential and land-based projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle leads passed on by the sales and marketing team.
  • Conduct client meetings, virtual or in-person.
  • Clearly explain project details, legal process, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits.
  • Follow up with clients until final closure of the deal.
  • Work with internal teams for documentation and legal processes.
  • Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
  • Ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to final transaction.


Key Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or closures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build client trust and close high-value deals.
  • Knowledge of property documentation, RERA, and closing formalities.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
