CNC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC machine programs for efficient production of precision components. The candidate should have strong knowledge of machining processes and CNC operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop CNC programs for milling, turning, and drilling operations
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
• Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds
• Setup and prove-out programs on CNC machines
• Optimize programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain program records and documentation
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in CNC programming
• Knowledge of G-code & M-code programming
• Experience with CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Lathe)
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (like Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tools
