Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC & VTL Programmer Cum Operator who can independently handle CNC Turning Centers and VTL (Vertical Turning Lathe) machines including programming, setting, and operation.
- Key Responsibilities:CNC Turning machine programming (Fanuc Controller preferred)
- VTL machine programming and operation
- Machine setting and job setup independently
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Selection of tools, inserts, and cutting parameters
- Maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality control
- Handling pump components like impellers, casings, shafts, etc.
- Daily machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Requirements:Minimum 3–7 years experience in CNC & VTL programming
- Experience in centrifugal pump industry preferred
- Knowledge of Fanuc controller
- Ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of machining tolerances
- Qualification:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
