Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with at least 1 year of experience in Metalix software to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a production environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop CNC programs using Metalix software
- Convert drawings and models into CNC machine-ready programs
- Optimize tool paths, cutting sequence, and nesting for material utilization
- Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams
- Perform program testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in machining operations
- Maintain documentation and program database
- Support machine operators whenever required
