Collection And Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Collections:

• Follow up with clients/customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and visits if required.

• Maintain collection tracker and report weekly outstanding status.

• Coordinate with the sales team for any discrepancies or disputes in invoicing or payments.

• Ensure timely receipts of payments and proper documentation.

• Generate collection reminders and escalate unresolved cases to the senior management.

Accounts: • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.

• Prepare and manage invoices and receipts. • Maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and handle day-to-day banking activities.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

• Coordinate with auditors and finance team for compliance and documentation.

Requirements: •

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts and Collections, preferably in the Real Estate sector.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and real estate financial workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in real estate or construction companies.

• Ability to maintain client relationships professionally
