Job Description
- EligibilityQualification: Graduate (Any stream)
- Freshers required
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer usage
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound/inbound calls for collection activities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Explain repayment options and resolve customer queries
- Maintain accurate records of calls and collections
- Adhere to compliance and company guidelines
