About the Job:
Join the L&T Finance team! You will be calling customers to help them manage their loan payments and settle overdue accounts.
This is a professional office job with a top Indian brand.
We are looking for result-oriented Outbound Telecallers to join the L&T Collection & Recovery process.
You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating settlement terms, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining the company's professional reputation.
What you will do:
- Make calls to customers regarding their loan accounts.
- Help customers understand their payment dates and solve their queries.
- Negotiate and collect payments professionally (No harassment).
- Update details in the computer system.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a strict follow-up schedule to ensure "Promise to Pay" (PTP) cases actually convert to revenue.
Who can apply?
- Language: Must be able to speak fluently in at least one: Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Collections, Sales, or BPO (Freshers with great communication are welcome).
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Skills: Good talking skills and basic computer knowledge.
