Job Description
📌 Job Opening: Collection Executive
Process: TruHome Soft Collection
Location: Ghansoli, Near Mahape, Navi Mumbai
🕒 Shift Details
- Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Week Off: 1 rotational
🎓 Qualification
- Minimum: HSC
💼 Experience
- At least 1 year in collections
- Home Loan bucket expertise preferred
💰 Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (in-hand)
Experience: Experience in Home Loan Collection can get salary up to ₹22000
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle collection calls and follow-ups for overdue accounts
- Manage home loan bucket cases with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure timely recovery while maintaining customer relationships
- Achieve monthly collection targets
🌟 Desired Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in financial collections is a plus
