Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Commis to support kitchen operations by assisting senior chefs in food preparation and maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of senior chefs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of food as per standards
• RequirementsBasic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Willingness to learn and work in shifts
• Ability to work in a team and handle kitchen pressure
• Prior experience as Commis (preferred but not mandatory)
